Woman At Village Has 90th Birthday On Valentine Day

It's happy Valentine's Day and happy birthday today to Mrs. Agatha Glass, who is 90 years old.

The life-long Campbellsport area resident celebrated her birthday Sunday at the Granville area in Milwaukee, where her son, Rev. Rolland T. Glass, is pastor of St. Catherine's Catholic Church. Mrs. Glass is housekeeper for her son, but returns weekly to her home here.

Her five sons were present at the family reunion-birthday party. They include Walter of Arcadia, Calif, Carroll of Fond du Lac, and Charles and Leo of Milwaukee. There were some 40 guests present.

She was born in Ashford and attended area schools. Her husband, Walter, died in 1945. Mrs. Glass has nine granddaughters, but no grandsons, and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Glass is the oldest member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church congregation at Campbellsport.
