Funeral services for Mrs. Irene T. Reid of 5807 Hudson, a Dallas resident for 53 years, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Marrs-Mundy-Quill Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park.
Mrs. Reid died here Monday.
A native of Concord, Leon County, Mrs. Reid was former owner of the Thorn [sic Thorne] & Reid General Insurance Co., Dallas, and a florist shop in Victoria, Victoria County. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club and Gaston Avenue Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter.
