The body of Mrs. Nellie Lawton, who died in a Springfield hospital early Monday morning, arrived here Monday. Besides her husband, William Lawton, Mrs. Lawton leaves three sons, Bert, Aurey and Frank; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Webb of Bloomington and Miss Anna Lawton; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Hawk; one sister, Mrs. Aliff Carr, of Kewanee, Ind. and two brothers, John Hawk of Odalia[Sedalia], Mo., and Roy Hawk of Niantic. The funeral was held from Long Point church. Burial was in Long Point cemetery.
