Ella Perkins and her twin sister Effa Perkins were the daughters of Andrew Houston and Almaretta Spencer Perkins. They were born on July 2 1901 in Cannonville, Garfield, Utah. They were the seventh and eighth children of eleven born to Andrew Huston Perkins and Almaretta Spencer Perkins. Their brothers and sisters are:

Andrew died on March 25 1942 and Almaretta died on Jan 4 1952. Andrew and Almaretta are buried in Colorado City, Mohave, Arizona.

On August 30, 1918, Ella and Isaac Edward Stock were married in Kanab, Kane, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple.
Isaac was born June 8, 1876 in Benjamin, Utah County, Utah, the son of and second child of Fredrick and Olive Bertha Losee Stock. Fredrick Stock was born in Bedfordshire, England on August 27 1850 and died on Aug 11 1927 in St George, Utah. He is buried in St George, Washington, Utah. Olive B. Losee-Stock was born on March 5 1858 in Spanish Fork, Utah, and died Feb 5 1934 in Canebeds, Mohave, Arizona and is buried in the Cox cemetery in Canebeds, Mohave, Arizona.

Isaac, Ella and their family lived in Hurricane, Washington, Utah for many years. Because of Isaac's health, they then moved to Millville, Cache, Utah, where Isaac and his sons operated a saw mill in Millville. Isaac was also a farmer. He and Ella lived there for many years, until Ella was place in a nursing Home in Brigham City, Box Elder, Utah, because of poor health. She remained there until her death on Dec 7 1975. Isaac was later placed in the same nursing home six months before his death on Jul 10 1970.

They were the parents of nine children: Gilbert, Hilda Stock Baker, Eleanor Stock Smith, Reva Stock Wyatt, Freda Stock Williamson, Isaac Edward Jr., Irene Stock Williamson, Larmen Perkins, and Karen Stock Kiger.
