Effa Perkins Hewlett and her twin sister Ella Perkins Stock were the seventh and eighth children of eleven born to Andrew Houston Perkins and Almaretta Spencer Perkins.
Effa married Golden Sheley Langston on Dec 27, 1921 in St George, Washington, Utah.
