Elizabeth M. Fajkus, age 80 of Tours, passed away early Thursday morning, June 6, 1991 at West Community Hospital.

Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Friday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Isidore Rozycki.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours, with Rev. Isidore Rozycki and Rev. Angelo Bertini as celebrants. Burial followed at St. Martin's Cemetery.

Mrs. Fajkus was born February 14, 1911, the daughter of Joseph and Katherine Berger. She married Charlie Fajkus on October 25, 1939 in Tours. He preceded her in death on March 12, 1987. She was a housewife and homemaker. She was a member of the St. Elizabeth Society, the K.J.Z.T. Society in Tours and the R.V.O.S. She was also a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Johnnie Marek of Waco; two sisters, Bernadine Pavlicek of West and Mrs. Jack (Dora) Cheves of Dallas; two grandsons, David Marek of Bryan and Steven Marek of Waco; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Robert Podsednik, Edward Snider, Bob Marak, Joe Tobola, Frank Fajkus, Jr. and Jim Spurlock.

Aderhold Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
