She passed away June 14,2009 at Arkansas Hospice Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.A daughter of the late Earl and Virginia Crutchfield Edwards. She married Elmer Raymond Fitzgerald in Malvern, Ark. Mrs. Fitzgerald was employed for several years with the Sheridan Public School System. Mrs. Fitzgerald was a member of the Corinth Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband in 1964.
She is survived by four children, Ruth Marie (Jack)Bunch of North Little Rock, Raymond (Viola) Fitzgerald of Sheridan, Paul D. (Penny) Fitzgerald of Hot Springs Village, John Dennis (June) Fitzgerald of Sherwood:10 grandchildren: nine great grandchildren: three great great grandchildren.
funeral services will be at 2:00pm Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Buie Funeral Chapel in Sheridan with Brother Joe Goodwin and Brother Darrell Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Corinth Cemetery near Sheridan. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm prior to the service. Pallbearers are Todd,Michael,Ricky,and David Fitzgerald, Wayne Hitt,Marty Lancaster.
