On March 16, 1909, Rosetta married Lawrence Henry Marrott in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Their children: Leah Arthella Marrott 1912-1967, Arthur Simmons Marrott 1915-1974, Jarvis Lawrence Marrott 1919-1991.
Rosetta and Lawrence both died on August 15, 1937 in Powell Wyoming in a head on collision.
Double funeral services were held in the Windsor Ward Thursday afternoon for Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Marrott of Powell, Wyoming, former residents of the Windsor Ward, who were instantly killed in a head-on collision in Wyoming the previous Sunday night.
Bishop Stanley B. Harris was in charge of the services with Eldon Swenson of the bishopric conducting the services. the opening number was a duet, "Perfect Day" by Lydia Hilton and Taylor Allen, after which President Edmund Cragun offered the invocation. A Duet, "Lead Me In a Perfect Way" by Ellen Richie and Belva Price, followed.
Speakers were Patriarch William Daybell and bishop Wayne Whiting of Charleston, High Councilman Alex H. Lowe and Bishop Stanley B. Harris.
Vern Marrott sang, "Face to Face," with Erma Swenson accompanist, and Vola Hancock sang "I'm A Pilgrim." The closing musical number was a duet by Norma and Reed Hales. the benediction was pronounced by Gilbert Richardson.
Interment was made in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
