Mrs. Robert (Zella) Ellis, the former Zella Dotson, died at a local hospital Wednesday afternoon at the age of 34. Mrs. Ellis was born in Los Angeles and had lived in Olympia most of her life. She was married to Robert Ellis in Olympia Nov. 17, 1946. The family home is at 4538 Stewart St. Mrs. Ellis was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Tumwater DAV. Surviving, besides her husband, are her father, John G. Dotson of Olympia; three daughters, Dawn, Rita and Nina Rose, all at home; five brothers, Jack, Clinton, and Stephen Dotson, all of Olympia; Miles Dotson of McCleary and Frank Dotson of Pacifica, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. E. E. (Celia) Church in Okinawa and Mrs. Naomi Rowland of Petaluma, Calif. Services will be announced by Mills and Mills.
