Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Emma Carlson, 75, who passed away last Wednesday. Rev. L. C. Fuqua officiated, while Chain & Wood were in charge of arrangements. Burial was in Seward cemetery.
Mrs. Carlson had lived in Seward for sixty years. She is survived by her husband, Fred Carlson; two sons, Elmer Calrson and Wm. H. Walker; one brother, Wm. Pickrel; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
