William Pickrel, 68, passed away Saturday morning at his home here after a lingering illness. Mr. Pickrel had lived in Seward for sixty years. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Federated church, with Rev. L. C. Fuqua officiating. Burial was in the Seward cemetery. Mr. Pickerel is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Ada Kilzer; and four sons, Sherman and Albert of Denver, and Roy and Edward of Seward.
