His parents were John and Mary (Beavers) Finley. He was the brother of Prudence Finley Jackson. His first wife was Mary Little (1795-1817)
Veteran from War of 1812
There are two headstones with conflicting BIRTH dates on them.
Thomas Finley married Mary Little in Madison County, IL on 2 April, 1814. He later married Charlotte Jackson on 20 October 1818 also in Madison County, IL.
