Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
Mrs. Binkley was born in Nancy, KY., daughter of William Robert and Burnetta Frances (Neece) Brumett. She was owner of Mary's Ceramic Shop. She married George L. Binkley in 1915. He died in 1980.
Surviving are her brother, Odale Brumett of Warrensburg; sisters, Mrs. Roy (Bertha) Poe, Mrs. Elmer (Bessie) Childers and Mrs. John (Della) Eller, all of Decatur.
One son, Boyd, two brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
