She worked as a nurses' aide and in housekeeping at the Hospitality House in Bedford, retiring in 1998.
Survivors include three daughters, Anita Brown and Kay Child, both of Bedford, and Joni Carmichael of Springville; one son, Troy D. Redding of Antioch, Tenn.; three sisters, Shirley Yaney of Bedford and Zelma Cole and Louella Jones, both of Mitchell; and four brothers, Marvin Grogan and David Grogan, both of Bedford, Millard Grogan of Shoals and Jack Grogan of Florida.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Southland Church of Christ in Bedford. Burial will be at Dive Cemetery.
Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Bedford is in charge of arrangements.
