Leon was a member of the 28th Air Division at Hamilton Air Force Base, Calif. He worked 32 years for Trans-Texas, Texas International and Continental Airlines, serving as station manager in Little Rock most of those years. A memorial service was held Sept. 6 at Sylvan Hills Church of Christ in Sherwood, Graveside service with military honors followed at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
