Louise was the daughter of Ernest August Blankenstein and Myra Evelyn "Nannie" Weeks. Louise married Samuel Bradford Dillingham on March 3, 1905, in Temple, Tx. Louise moved to Phoenix from Temple two years before her death. Her body was brought by train back to Texas and buried beside her husband in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Louise Hattie Blankenstein was confirmed April 14, 1900, at First Lutheran Church in Temple, Texas.

Funeral Today For Mrs. Dillingham
Former Temple Resident Died Monday At Home In Phoenix, Ariz.

Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Dillingham, 54, formerly of Temple, who died in Phoeniz, Ariz., Monday at 7:25 a.m. will be held at Immanuel Baptist church today at 3 p.m. with Rev. Grady Metcalf, pastor of the First Baptist church, officiating.
Mrs. Dillingham was the former Miss Louise Blankenstein of Temple, and was born Sept. 6, 1885, at Marlin. She married A. B. Dillingham in 1905 and had lived almost all her life here, moving to Phoenix two years ago.
She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist church.
She is survived by three sons, Leonard Dillingham of Eagle Lake, R. E. and S. B. Dillingham of Phoenix; two daughters, Mrs. T. H. Amerson and Miss Helen Dillingham of Phoenix; her mother, Mrs. E. Blankenstein of Temple; four brothers, W. J. Blankenstein of Fort Worth, and Ernest, Chris, and Henry Blankenstein of Temple; and four sisters, Mrs. R. M. Schott of LaGrange, Mrs. B. W. Albright, Mrs. G. W. Posey of Temple and Mrs. A. W. Willis of Bryan.
The body was due to arrive here at 1:45 a.m. on the Santa Fe and was to be taken to the home of her mother, Mrs. E. Blankenstein, 317 North Eighth street, where it will remain until the funeral services. Burial will be in Hillcrest. Hewett in charge.
Pallbearers are Tom Stewart, J. M. Teaff, R. A. Cook, Frank Williams, Doyle Northern and Ed Lambert. Honorary pallbearers are friends of the family.

DILLINGHAM, Hattie Louise, passed away at her home, 1220 East Culver. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. T. H. Amerson and Miss Helen Dillingham; three sons, Leonard, R. E. and S. B. Dillingham. The body will be taken to Temple, Tex., for services and interment. Friends may call at the Colonial Chapel of Mortensen and King between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. today.
