She was born Dec 25, 1913 in Coalville, Utah to David Edward and Pearl Powell Moore. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She married Joseph Bevan April 28, 1933. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple Sept 6, 1934. She graduated from North Summit High School and retired from Tooele Army Depot.

She is survived by her children; Dale (Gloria) Bevan, Tualatin, OR., Anona (Bill) Selby, Portland, OR., Karen (David) Gladden and Elna Ketcherside of Tooele, UT., 23 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; sisters Fern Black, Evanston, WY, Dorothy Barkau, Kearns, UT; Sister-in-law Juanita Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant daughter, Anita Joy, brother Edward Moore and sisters, Ardella Peet and Marian Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday Oct 25, 2001 at 1 p.m. at Tate Mortuary 110 So Main St. Bishop Earl Tate conducting. Friends may call at the Mortuary on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. till time of service. Interment in the Tooele City Cemetery.
