Martha Rader, 85, Tazewell, Tenn., died Friday afternoon in Pineville, Ky., after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Hazard, Ky., and had lived in Richmond off and on for 35 years. Her husband, Henry Rader Sr., one daughter and three sons are deceased.
Survivors include five daughters, Mary Spencer and Lucy Spencer of Richmond, Martha Duncan of Tazewell, Tn., Cora Duncan of of Tacoma, Wash., and Leeova Barrows of Louisville, Ky., four sons, Abraham Rader of Richmond, Bill Rader of Louisville, Ky., Dr. Emanuel Rader of Pineville, Ky., and Henry Rader of Spring City, Tenn.; one stepson, Arthur Rader of Richmond; 55 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service for Martha Rader will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Old Orchard (Rader) Cemetery in Lee County, Ky., with the Rev. Wilbur Abbey officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Arnett Funeral Home in Pineville, Ky.
