JACOB F. LESSER FUNERAL TO BE MONDAY
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. for the late Jacob F. Lesser, who died Thursday morning in a local nursing home, where he had been for the past 14 months. The services will be held from the Kibbey Funeral home with the Rev. A. Brenning officiating. Interment will be made in Lakeside cemetery.
He was born in Frank, Russia, on June 6, 1870, to Jacob and Elizabeth Lesser. In 1906, he came to America, settling in Loveland, and has lived at 543 E. Thirteenth since then.
His wife and two sons preceded him in death. Mrs. Lesser died in 1948; one son, John was drowned in the flood of the Big Thompson river in 1950, and another son, Henry of Greeley, was burned to death in an auto accident in 1951.
