NORTH CARROLLTON -Funeral for Robert L. Ball, 46, who died Monday, May 25, 1987 at his home from an apparent heart attack, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wilson and Knight Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Ball was a McClain native who had lived most of his life in Carrollton. He was a member of Carrollton Baptist Church and a U.S. Navy veteran. He was employed as a salesman at Moore and McDavid GMC. He attended Holmes Junior College, Mississippi State University and Delta State University.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Patricia Holbrook Ball; two daughters, Tricia Ball and Robbie Ball, both of North Carrollton; one sister, Mrs. Martha Sanders of North Carrollton; and one brother, Beck Ball of North Carrollton.
The Rev. George Smith will officiate with burial in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Wilson and Knight.
Pallbearers will be Jody Stevens, Hayes Nolan, Ben Eddy Andrews. Pete Misskelley, T.J. Nabors and Winford Bell Back.
