MARY VOSE
---Mary Annie Vose, 95, of Elmer died Thursday morning (Dec. 11, 1980) in her home.
---Born Jan. 3, 1885 on a farm east of Atlanta, where she was the daughter of Edwin and Sarah Bromley Baldwin. On Jan. 7, 1912 she was married to Charles Henry Vose, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were three brothers and five sisters.
---Surviving are four sons, Raymond Vose of Elkhart, Ind., Sherman Vose of Macon, Edwin Vose of Ottumwa, Iowa and Stephen Vose of Ethel; two daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Zelma) Epperson of Independence and Anna Ruth Vose of the home; one brother, Olin Baldwin of Vinton, Iowa; one sister, Edith Young of LaPlata; 25 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
---Mrs. Vose spent her entire life in Macon County.
---She was a member of the Bear Creek Assembly of God Church.
---Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon (Dec. 13, 1980) at 1 o'clock in the Elmer Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Jim Laudell, pastor of the church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Elmer Cemetery.
---The body is at the Elliott Funeral Home in Atlanta, where it will remain until 11 o'clock Saturday morning when it will be taken to the church.
---Bearers will be: Ron Lewis, Rick Vose, John Epperson, Jerry Epperson, Doug Vose and Wesley Vose.
