FORT EDWARD, N.Y. - Anthony L. Catone Sr., age 69, of 13 Factory Street, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday evening, October 3rd 1974 at the Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Falls, N.Y.

He was born on April 17th 1905 in Gansevoort, N.Y., he was the son of Mrs. Maria (Corsall) Catone of Argyle, N.Y. and the late Pasquale Catone.

He was a member of the Fort Edward Knights of Columbus.

He was a retired Foreman of the Delaware and Hudson Railway after 44 years of service.

Survivors, besides his mother, include his wife; Hazel (Yager) Catone, two sons, four daughters, nine grandchildren, seven brothers; Henry and Diamond, both of Hudson Falls, N.Y., Joseph of Argyle, N.Y., Patsy of Fort Edward, N.Y., Nicholas and Angelo, both of South Glens Falls, N.Y., and Sylvester of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., four sisters; Mrs. Christine Murray, Mrs. Thomas Rabine and Mrs. Walter Warren, all of Fort Edward, N.Y., and Mrs. Arthur Doherty of Glens Falls, N.Y., several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements by the M.B, Kilmer Funeral Home on 82 Broadway in Fort Edward, N.Y.

Interment will be at the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Fort Edward, N.Y.
