Henry E. Coslet
Henry E. Coslet, 82, of Valparaiso, a lifetime Porter County resident, died Sunday.
He was born Dec. 1, 1903 in Porter County, the son of William and Luella (Peoples) Coslet. On Dec. 20, 1924 in Chesterton he married Margaret Foss, who died in April 1979.
After 44 years of service he retired from the EJ&E Railroad. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1357 of Valparaiso.
Survivors include two sons, Robert E. and Kenneth E., of Valparaiso; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen Young, and two brothers, Richard and Russell, all of Porter.
Services 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bartholomew Funeral Home; the Rev. William Gibbs officiating; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery; visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
