Robert K. Fluke, age 92, of Faribault, died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at St. Lucas Care Center, Faribault.
Private family services were held. Interment will be in Blooming Grove Church Cemetery. Arrangements are being completed by the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault.
Robert Kenneth, the son of Loren and Carrie (Whitlatch) Fluke, was born Dec. 17, 1915, in Chariton, Iowa. He married Inez Bosacker in 1939 at Blooming Grove. They farmed in the Morristown area and he later drove truck until his retirement. He was formerly involved with the National Farmers Organization.
He is survived by his six children, Betty Kokoschke of Castle Rock, Judy Faber of Ill., Bruce Fluke of Fla., Robert D. Fluke of La., Blake Fluke of Morristown, and Candace Braun of Dundas; and their mother, Inez Fluke of Faribault; nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; a brother, Loren Fluke of California; and a sister, Kathryn Sanger of Arizona.
