Lola D. Barnard Vlahon, 75, of Chatham died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2003, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL. She was born May 15, 1927, in Alton, the daughter of Russell and Catherine McGregor Barnard. Mrs. Vlahon was an inspector at AC&R Components for 20 years and a member of Berean Baptist Church. Survivors: two daughters, Cathy (husband, Dave) Thomas of Riverton and Cheryl (husband, Derald) Meisenheimer of Loami; a son, John (wife, Vicki) Vlahon of Orlando, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Thurla (husband, Robert) Richards of Springfield and twin sister, Laura (husband, Clinton) Reynolds of Chatham; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services: Staab Funeral Home, the Rev. Richard Ahlgrim officiating. Burial: Chatham Memorial Cemetery.
