Noral Lillian, daughter of John Wesley and Sarah Elizabeth Miller McMillen, was born July 13, 1902 in the Grovespring area, and died June 25, 1989 in St. John's Regional Health Center.
In 1922 she was married to Floyd Calton, who perceeded her in death in 1979. She was also perceded in death by her parents, two sons, C.C. and James John Calton, three brothers, Clyde, Carl, and Aubrey (Bub) McMillen, and one sister Oma Lawson.
Nora is survived by three sons; Charles, of Conway, Missouri, William, of Grovespring, Missouri and Gary of Phillipsburg, Missouri; a daughter, Freda Green, of Grovespring, Missouri; three brothers, Raymond McMillen, of Talala, Oklahoma, Bill McMillen, Amarillo, Texas, and Arthur McMillen, Ramona, Oklahoma; five sisters, Audrey Moore, of Grovespring, Missouri, Lura Sunday, of Ooologah, Oklahoma, Gene Wood, of Pawnee, Oklahoma, Irene Calvin, of Owasso, Oklahoma, and Ruby Willhite, of Ooologah, Oklahoma; 27 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Nora was born and lived most of her life in the Grovespring community and was a member of the Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting and growing flowers and cooking.
