Mrs. Cordelia Lindsey Reeves, 75, 904 30th St. Sheffield, died at ECM Hospital Saturday at 2:05 a.m. Mrs. Reeves was a native of Colbert County, AL and a member of the Baptist Church.
Services are to be today at 2 p.m. from Morrison-Elkins Chapel, Tuscumbia, with Rev. Frank Holt officiating. Burial was in the Sheffied Oakwood Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Effie McCaig Garner, Sheffield; three sons, Austin McCaig, Tuscumbia; Fred McCaig, Montgomery; Hamilton R. McCaig, Tuscaloosa; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Holland, Banner, MS; Mrs. Evia Gunter, Oxford, MS; and Mrs. Pearl Pape, Chicago Heights, IL; five brothers, Luby Lindsey, Raleigh, TN; Kinley Lindsey, Chicago, IL; George Lindsey, St. Louis, MO; Lee Lindsey, Raleigh, TN; and Jim Lindsey, Chicago, IL; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Pallbears include Thomas L. Garner, Jackie L. Garner, Wayne F. McCaig, Gary D. McCaig, Jerry R. McCaig, and Hollis McCaig.
