Haysville - Patsy Sue Carter (Lee) was born December 4, 1936 in Okla to parents; Robert E. And Gertrude (Ellis) Lee, she departed this life at age 69 in Wichita, Kansas. She was married to Jerry D. Carter for 52 years. She was an excellent seamstress, homemaker, mother, best friend and beloved Grammy, wife; with love and companionship. She was a gardener and bird watcher. She was a retired cosmetologist wig specialist. She was preceeded in death by her parents;,brothers Jug, George, Ray, Jack and Earl Lee. She is survived by a sister Alice Longley of Bunch, Okla.
Also survived by her husband Jerry D. Carter of Haysville; daughters Debra D. Dienstbach of Wichita, Sheila A. Taylor of Parker, Colo.,Georgana Brown and husband Randy of Haysville, Teresa Carter of Wichita; 8 grandchildren, Chad Elston, Corrie Dienstbach, David wallace, Jacquelyn Ragan, Kathryn Ragan, Nicholas Williams, Wesley Williams, Allison Williams; 1 great grandchild Alexandria Wallace. Services are Friday, January 20, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel. Interment: Resthaven Gardens of Memory.Garden of The Gospels
