Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Woodrow Plant and Rev. Al Jackson officiating. Interment was in Fairmount Cemetery; Foreman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, John P. Beesley, Enterprise; three daughters, Mrs. Emma Stout, Enterprise, Mrs. Vonceil Lunsford, Pensacola, Fla., Mrs. Mildred Jean Jernigan, Enterprise; one step-daughter, Miss Stella Beesley, Montgomery; two step-sons, Obie Beesley, Red Level and Perry Beesley, Andalusia; four sisters, Mrs. Alice Adams, Mrs. Maude Padgett, Mrs. Gertrude Young, Mrs. Kate Nelson, all of Andalusia; two brothers, Alva and Lawrence Kilpatrick, Andalusia; five grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
