Margaret (Sampson) McClain, age 80 of Massillon, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Facility in Ashland.
She was born July 8, 1943, in Orma, WV, the daughter of the late George and Mary (Lambert) Sampson.
Margaret retired from Ashland Oil Refinery.
She was a member of God's Family.
Margaret is survived by daughters, Jayme (Mark) Jenkins and Jeannie (Jeff) Johnson; five granddaughters; eleven great-grandchildren, and is expecting a great-great-grandson in February.
She was preceded in death her son, Rusty Sampson, two brothers and four sisters.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel
Calling hours will be held at the funeral home prior to the service from 12 P.M. to 1 P.M.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Coleman Crisis Center, 2421 -13th St. N.W., Canton, Ohio 44708.
