Mary Sampson, 82, of Massillon, Ohio, formerly of Orma, died Monday, Aug. 21, 1995, at Massillon Community Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late James and Anna Fleming Lambert. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are three daughters, Carol Marjorias of Elyria, Ohio, and Jean Sampson and Margaret McClain, both of Massillon; one sister, Fern Lambert of Akron; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters and two sons.
Services were held at Orma United Methodist Church, with Rev. Glendon McKee officiating. Burial was in Fleming Cemetery, Orma.
