Mrs. Mollie Sterner Jacobs, 83, Hanover R.D. 3, died Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Hanover General Hospital. Her husband, Roy George Jacobs, died Oct. 19, 1948. Born in York County, she was a daughter of the late John Wesley and Rosetta Hoff Sterner. She was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Hanover. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. George (Annabelle) Meckley and Mrs. Donald (Dollie) Neiderer, both of Hanover R.D. 3; one grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. Vertie Imhoff, East Berlin, and Mrs. Ida Toot, Hanover. The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with the Rev. Clifford Miller officiating. Burial will be in York Road Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
