Ora passed away Thursday, April 10, 2008.
She worked as a Post Master for the United States Postal Service for 20 years at Wellman, Texas before retiring in 1984. She loved to quilt, crochet and she was a stamp collector and raised poodles.
She is survived by her children: Dalton A. Smith of Brownwood, Oatis E. Smith of Texarkana, Cynthia L. Robertson of Rockdale, Bertha D. Nettles of Brownwood, Bonnie F. Brookey of Edmond, Okla., and Joyce M. Hunt of Lubbock; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 3three great-great-grandchildren and her very special caregiver, Tammy Weaver.
Celebration of life services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth. Entombment is in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Cemetery
