Son of Robert Samuel Barnes and Jane Rebecca " Jennie" Redmon/d which married in Williamson County, Tennessee

Husband of Estella Lillian " Lillie" Elam in which he married in Obion County, Tennessee on 18 June 1889

Lillie and Robert had Six known children. They are:

George W Barnes which married my Great Aunt, Ollie Barnes. They are buried at Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jackson TN

2. Ida Katherine Barnes married Frederick Johann Carl " Fred Carl" Hansen. Fred Carl is buried at Forest Park Cemetery., Shreveport, LA. He served in WW1. Can not locate the death date of Ida at this time. She was age 60 when Fred died. Forest Park Repr., Eric asked me if Ida remarried or give him her death date.

3. Bessie Neely Barnes married Orman Rush Henderson

4. Bertha Lillian Barnes married William Brown White having children in El Paso, El Paso, Texas. Both are buried in Austin, TX mausoleum.

5. Per Ancestry, daughter, Arich Barnes, ( I can not locate her on TN census records only as Arich. Perhaps, she has a different name I do not know of. This is on the 1900 TN census for Maury County, TN

6. Robert Franklin Frank Barnes Sr married Mildred Rogers / Rodgers. They are buried at Hollywood Cemetery in Jackson TN. They had an infant son which died prematurely born. Then a daughter ( can not locate more on Rebecca) .
