Ethel Elora Biggs, 93, died Tuesday at a local nursing home. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Biggs was born March 27, 1894, in Pawhuska, Okla., to J. B. and Alice Elora (Winchell) Vandruff. She was married to Arthur E. Biggs on April 13, 1913, in Moffat. He died in 1973. Survivors include four daughters, Elois Bader and Ruth Biggs of Colorado Springs, Elora Whelan of Costa Mesa, Calif., and Twilla Smith of Santa Fe, N. M.; a son, Elmer E. of Mosca; and a sister, Edith Biggs of Moffat. She was preceded in death by two sons, Russell and Lloyd.
