Mrs. Ellen Stoudt, wife of Levi, of Cornwall, died at her home, after an illness of 3 weeks, due to complication of diseases. She was 39 years old, and was a faithful member of the Methodist church at Cornwall, and was highly esteemed by many friends and the members of the congregation. She was well known in this city in a large circle of friends, by whom her death is sincerely mourned. She leaves her grief stricken husband and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Allen Ditzler, Mrs. Raymond Klinger, Harry, Annie, John, Charles and Dorothy Stoudt. She also leaves sisters and brothers as follows: Mrs. Cyrus Douple, of this city; Mrs. Harvey Kreiser, Miss Iona Witman and Harry, George, John and Frank Witman.[Lebanon Daily News, April 12, 1921, Page 7]
