RADFORD - Mrs. Leva Fisher Sowers, 77, died early Friday morning in a local nursing home. Surviving are four daughters,
Mrs. Roy M. Roop, Radford, Mrs. Vada Altizer, Alum Ridge, Mrs W. R. Nance, Clinton Tenn., Mrs M. C. Chandler, Shawsville; two
sons Frank Sowers, Riner, Lee Sowers, Radford; 36 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the White Rock Church of the Brethren, conducted by the Rev. Guy Gardner and the
Rev. Roscoe Reed, with burial in the White Rock Cemetery. The body will remain at Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home until 12 noon Sunday.
