Jerry Bagwell, 58, a life-long resident of Chelan, died Friday evening in a Wenatchee hospital.
He was born June 7, 1917, in Chelan.
During World War II he served with the U.S. Army, and following his discharge, returned to Chelan where he made his home.
He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving are three brothers, Frank, Entiat, Tom, Chelan, and Joe Paslay, Seattle; two sisters, Sally Miller, Chelan, Vera Ware, Wenatchee; two half brothers, John Shipman, San Diego, Calif., and Ervin Shipman, Port Orchard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Bagwell and Katie Shipman, one sister and three brothers.
