WENATCHEE _ Alta L. ''Sally'' Miller, 74, a lifelong resident of North Central Washington, died Thursday, April 22, 1993, in Central Washington Hospital.
She was born Dec. 25, 1918, to George and Katherine (Shipman) Bagwell at Chelan. She attended school at Chelan.
She married Tedford John Miller on Dec. 31, 1936, at Wenatchee. They lived at First Creek at Lake Chelan and later at Lucerne. They moved to Navarre Coulee in 1957.
Mr. Miller died in January 1969. Mrs. Miller has lived at Entiat since 1974.
She had worked as a cook, most recently with Chelan Apple Co., and also had sorted apples for a few years. She was a member of Chelan Eagles Auxiliary No. 2218.
She is survived by a son, Gerall ''Gary'' of Chelan; three brothers, Frank Bagwell of Entiat, Tom Bagwell of Chelan and Ervin Shipman of Port Orchard; a sister, Vera Ware of Wenatchee; and five grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Miller.
