It was good hearing from you again and thank you for thinking of me.
I do have Mary Bush in my database BUT all I have is "Bush, Mrs Mary, age ?, died 1852 before June 2, on the north side of the Platte River 0-10 miles east of Skunk Creek, home Pirie[?], Iowa."
I got the above information from Stoddard, William Cochran, Diary, Aug 3, 1851- Nov 28, 1852, mf of ms, 225 p, Society of California Pioneers, San Francisco, which I transcribed in 2000 (see below).

drive twenty Miles and incamp on the bank of skunk creek grass & wood plenty good camping places for twelve miles from where we camped last night pased through some ugly sand bluffs pased the graves of four [sic] persons Mary Bush of Pirie[?] Iowa C Beach of Va Absolam Newingham Joshua Moore Misouri and a lady from McDonah [McDonough] County Ills the weather is very warm our cattle suffered with the heat worse than they have at any other time there is considerable apperance of rain"
