Kathy Ann Wilson, age 66, departed this life on Friday, January 31, 2022, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee. She was born on February 11, 1955, to the late Herman and Minnie (Griffith) Newport in Oneida, Tennessee.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters Della Jo and Vickie Newport; brothers D.T, Edison and wife Peggy, Bobby, Rex, and Richard.
She is survived by her children; one son Matthew Wilson; one daughter Penny Wilson; brothers Donald Newport and wife Betty, James Newport and wife Ruby; sister-in-law Sarah Newport; and many other special nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Kathy's wishes were cremation. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
