Carol Jean Kinsey daughter of the late Rufus and Elizabeth Harness Watts was born on October 26, 1937 in Bear Creek, Arkansas. She departed this life on September 28, 2021 in Melbourne, Arkansas at the age of 83 years, 11 months and 2 days. She was united in marriage to Richard Kinsey on July 17, 1958 in Fresno, California and together they raised one son. Carol lived her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Kinsey of Chester, California, one son: Anthony Kinsey and wife, Dezha of Westwood, Californa; two sisters: Runel Preston of Melbourne and Marcella Azamber of Sandy, Utah; five grandchildren: Canton Watkins, Luke Kinsey, Tajha Rodrigues, Greysen Kinsey and Maddex Kinsey; two great-grandchildren; Elijah Rodriguez and Liam Rodriguez. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Euless Watts, Bill Watts, John Watts, Guy Watts; three sisters: Vel Foth, Delta Lamon, Evelyn Bays.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Pratt Cemetery in Lunenburg, Arkansas with Matt Wann officiating.
Pallbearers: David Watts, Scott Watts, Winston Townsend, Luke Kinsey, Greysen Kinsey, Anthony Kinsey. Honorary Pallbearers: Leon Preston and Jermih Bates.
