Velsie Foth, a native of Marshall, Ar. and a resident of Madera, Ca. for 24 years passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2013 in Madera, at the age of 96. She was a homemaker and a member of the Madera Avenue Bible Church. Velsie was preceded in death by Herbert Foth Sr., her husband of 68 years, who passed away in 2009; her sons, Herbert William Foth Jr. and Richard Wayne Foth; her grandson, Josh Foth; her granddaughter, Michelle Foth; her four brothers, Ulysses, John, William, and Guy Watts; and one sister, Evelyn Bayes. She is survived by her son, Gary Foth and his wife Mary, of Madera, Ca.; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Foth, of Fresno, Ca.; three sisters, Runell Preston of Arkansas, Marcella Azamber of Fresno, and Carol Kinsey of Chester, Ca.; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
