Burial was in Mountlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Anthony was born in Wilkes County, July 26, 1923, to George and Inez Brown Haynes. She was a member of Peacehaven Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Anthony was preceded in death by a daughter, Janice JoAnn Woodie and a brother, Connie Edison Haynes.
