Peoria, Ill, Mar 7.- Miss Mabel Potter, who was found dead in a bed at a hotel in St Petersburg, Fla, yesterday, a victim of gas, has been identified here as the daughter of Frank J Potter, a wealthy retired business man who formerly lived here. Miss Potter married William Randolph Bailey, son of a newspaper publisher in Chillicothe, Ill., but later a divorce was obtained.
