Harold was born on March 17, 1921 in Eddyville, Nebraska. On June 22, 1939 in Lexington, Nebraska he was united in marriage to his childhood sweetheart, Elaine S. Hagan and to this union two sons and one daughter were born. They resided in the state of California for several years. In 1971 Harold and Elaine moved to a farm in Anderson, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife of sixty-seven years, Elaine S. Hagan on July 8, 2006; a daughter, Janet Kernell; a great grandson, Zachary Hagan; and twenty brothers and sisters.
Harold is survived by two sons, Harold E. Hagan and wife, Dora, of Battle Creek, Michigan and Don Hagan and wife, Dianne, of Anderson, Missouri; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three brothers, Clifford, Kenneth and Bobby Hagan of Lexington, Nebraska; two sisters, Velma Blythe of Brownwood, Texas and Verla Hagan of the state of Nevada; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Graveside services for Mr. Harold T. Hagan are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 27, 2007 at the Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery in Neosho, Missouri with Pastor David Munoz officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8:00 p.m. in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
