Funeral will be held at 2 PM Monday, Oct 5, 1998, at Lighthouse Baptist Church. Interment will be in Crossroad Baptist Church Cemetery.
Born in Chesterfield, SC, Mrs. Deason was a daughter of the late Robert and Bessie Horne, widow of Reece Deason, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include sons, John F. Deason, Eugene Deason, Earl Deason, Charles M. Deason, Wayne Reece Deason and Ronnie A Deason, all of Pageland SC; and Bil Deason of Jefferson, SC; daughters, Geneva Smith of Pageland, SC, Frances Edwards of Cheraw, SC, Margie Ann Noe an Katie Lee Eudy, both f Lancaster, SC; brothers, James Paul Horne, Jack Horne and Oscar Horne, all of Lancaster, SC; sisters, Eula Plyler of Great Falls, SC, Bessie Lee Horne and Ola Bell Miles both of Lancaster, SC, Inez Whitt of Wagram, NC and Jessie Lee Banks and Ruth Williams, both of Lancaster, SC; 35 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
