HESPER WIREY, EDINBURG, DIES
2-Month Illness Fatal to Woman – Funeral Rites Monday.
Miss Hesper Wirey, 45, of Edinburg, died at 4:15 o'clock Friday afternoon at the county hospital after a 2-months illness.
Born in Brown County Oct. 7, 1910, to William and Emma Wray Wirey, she was graduated from Edinburg high school and belonged to Edinburg Christian Church.
Survivors are six brothers and sisters, Ralph Wirey and Mrs. Edith Rule of Indianapolis, Floyd Wirey and Miss Lillian Wirey of Edinburg, Mrs. Hazel Alexander of Franklin, and Mrs. Violet Hinkle of Greensburg.
Funeral rites will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at Mutz Funeral Home at Edinburg, conducted by the Rev. C. E. Rhoades, assisted by Dr. T. K. Smith. Burial will be made at Rest Haven Cemetery. Casket will be open at the funeral home after 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
