She was one of thirteen children to Everett and Lillie Lavinia Ralstin. She served honorably during World War II as a U.S. Army nurse after graduating from Ball General Hospital School of Nursing in Muncie, IN. After World War II, she married C.T. “Pete” Bell of Alpena, AR who preceded her in death as well as one daughter, Cheryl Glee who passed away during infancy. Together, they operated a dairy farm. She is survived by daughter, Carol Marie Grandstaff and husband Thomas Jeff of Woodstock, Georgia, two grandsons, Geoffrey Scott Grandstaff of Woodstock, GA, and Adam Bryan Grandstaff (wife Sarah Bader) of Kennesaw, GA, two great-grandchildren Thomas James and Anna Marie Grandstaff of Kennesaw, GA, one sister Josephine Taylor of Rushville, IN, one brother Paul Ed Ralstin of Crossville, TN.
