Mrs. O. P. Brimmer, whose illness has been mentioned in these items before, was released from suffering Thursday evening. Her death causes sorrow and bereavement to many relatives and friends. The family of the deceased are her husband O. P. Brimmer and two daughters Mrs. Carrie Skafte and Mrs. May Moseley all of this place and one son Eli C. Brimmer of Minneapolis, Minn. All of the family were present at the death of their loved one and during the many weeks of sickness preceding gave the patient sufferer every attention and care that loving hearts could suggest.

The funeral was held Saturday afternoon at the M. E. church of which Mrs. Brimmer was a member. A last opportunity of friends to show their love and sympathy was in evidence in the beautiful floral offerings at the church and grave in Glenwood cemetery.

Mrs. O. P. Brimmer of Goldfield passed away Thursday night after a long and painful illness. She was injured some months ago by a fall in which she suffered a dislocated hip and could not recover from the shock on account of advanced age.
****
On Thursday night Mrs. Brimmer after weary months of suffering, was called home. Early in the winter she fell on an icy step and broke her hip. For a time, it was thought she would make a good recovery, but of late it has been evident her strength was failing and her death was no surprise to those around her. Her children, Mrs. Fred Skafte, Mrs. Frank Moseley and Eli Brimmer of St. Paul, have given her the most devoted care, but her advanced age was against her.
